You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Items must be shipped back in the same style they were shipped to you. Folding cloths, vinyls, etc. and putting them in a box WILL DAMAGE the product and your refund will be denied.
No returns will be accepted on closeouts, or special order items. If you are unsure if your purchase is considered a "special order item", please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will received a credit back to your credit card (or original method of payment) depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note this can take up to 10 business days.
If you want to return an item for any reason found not to be the fault of Global Upholstery Supply, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
