RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL RETURNS

2. BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION, CHECK MERCHANDISE FOR DEFECTS.BE SURE THE CORRECT ITEM WAS ORDERED.

3. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO RESTOCKING FEES OF UP TO 50%.

4. MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF INSTALLATION HAS BEEN STARTED.

5. MERCHANDISE MUST BE CAREFULLY PACKAGED IN THE SAME MANNER AS IT WAS RECEIVED, WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO PLASTIC WINDOWS ON CONVERTIBLE TOPS.

6. EXCHANGE OR CREDIT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNLESS THIS POLICY IS FOLLOWED.

7. CONVERTIBLE TOP WINDOWS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AFTER INSTALLATION

8. CUSTOM ORDERED COLORS AND MATERIALS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

9. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
